This startup in East London that provided small business owners with affordable offices using incredible upcycled shipping containers were struggling with acquiring enquiries from small business owners.
What was done
Creative strategy (Meta ads)

- Not terrible, in fact the quality was up there
- But very similar to everyone else
- Nothing stood out
- And the best benefits were left out
What we changed
- We used multiple different types of creative
- Not just image
- But video
- Carousel
- Reels
- etc etc
- We recorded videos of tenants and mashed them up into various permutations and combinations
- We used Data to analyse what made a perfect creative
- We analysed for video the thumbstop rate
- How long people were watching for
- Why they were watching, hypothesis testing

Google ads
- They were only using the name of the business as keywords
- We designed a high converting landing page
- Optimised for the best keywrods per unit price
Backend automations
- “There’s no point collecting water in a leaky bucket”
- The company was using an excel spreadsheet that would be emailed back and forth between team members to be updated to monitor enquiries
- This slowed down communications
- This meant the proportion of leads that would show up to a viewing dropped
- There no clear automated follow up process to keep leads engaged.
What was done
- A fully automated Funnel with backend marketing automations was created to produce an automated follow up system that would automatically nurture and follow up on leads.
- This included
- Reminding people who didnt show up to the booking to rebook
- Reminding people about booked appointments
- Answering FAQs once they opted in
- Confirming valid phone numbers so sales reps knew who to dial
The end result
17 newly completed contracts with Tenants in the space of just 4 months of working together, refilling this startup back to full capacity.
